Terms of Service

By using VibeCoders ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Account Terms
1.1 Account Creation
New account registration is closed. Existing users remain responsible for maintaining accurate information and the security of their account and password.
1.2 Username Selection
Usernames are first-come, first-served. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are inactive, violate trademarks, or are being squatted.
1.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts created by the same person may be terminated.
2. Service Wind-Down and Access
2.1 End of Service
VibeCoders will shut down on March 31, 2027. After that date the Service will no longer be available. The domain is expected to lapse on May 30, 2027.
2.2 Purchases Closed
New purchases are no longer available. You cannot buy a new account or upgrade an unpaid account.
2.3 Existing Paid Accounts
Past buyers were sold lifetime access. The Service is nonetheless ending on March 31, 2027. Existing paid accounts keep access to log in, the dashboard, publishing, and published public pages until that date.
2.4 Data Export
You may request a copy of your profile and project data by emailing contact@vibecoders.bio.
2.5 Refunds
No new purchases are being taken. Questions about a past purchase can be sent to contact@vibecoders.bio.
3. Acceptable Use
3.1 Content Guidelines
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Spam, phish, or distribute malware
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Engage in fraudulent activities
3.2 Project Links
Projects you link must be legitimate and you must have the right to promote them. We reserve the right to remove links to scams, malware, or illegal content.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display your content as part of the Service.
4.2 Our Content
The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Service Availability
5.1 Uptime
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
5.2 Modifications
We may modify features or functionality at any time. We'll try to notify users of significant changes.
6. Termination
6.1 By You
To close your account, email contact@vibecoders.bio. There is no in-app account deletion button.
6.2 By Us
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for extended periods, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
